Biltong and South Africa.
It's terrible I know. Me having not written in such a long time. Well, fact of the matter is that there is so much happening at the moment that I don't know whether I am coming or going. But you all have Fox to thank for my possibly short return in adding something here. The reason being his comments regarding biltong [CZE recipe][ENG recipe] and South Africa (Link is in Czech).
Ahh... The wonderfull smell of boerewors, pork chops and steak on the braai (USA = BBQ) by the poolside with friends with beer in hand whilst soaking in the welcoming South African sun. The thought of it makes me want to fly back right now.
I'm just wondering: Is anybody hungry right about now? :o)
On a more serious note: If anyone could get a hold of some biltong for me (or point me in the right direction where I can get some) for accomodating prices I may possibly be so grateful as to almost worship the ground you walk on. (At least considering my current frame of mind... :p)
Is there anyone out there who can help me please?!?
